Can I review a sample before batch production?
Yes. Sample confirmation can be included before batch production. The sampling scope and schedule are confirmed for each project.
How is minimum order quantity confirmed?
Minimum order quantity depends on the part, material, tooling and production arrangement. It is confirmed after the project information has been reviewed.
What is the usual production lead time?
The customer information lists 15 days as a regular order cycle. The actual schedule is confirmed for each order after requirements and production arrangements are reviewed.
How are parts checked during production?
Material, sample and production checks are arranged according to the confirmed project requirements. Pre-shipment inspection and customer-requested third-party inspection can also be coordinated.
Can you provide production progress updates?
Yes. Production progress feedback can be provided based on the communication arrangement confirmed for the order.
